“Da Wu Ye Xue Pian” is a very rare winter Dancong, whose name “Xue Pian” literally means “snowflakes”. It comes from a garden in the small village of Shangjiao, Guangdong. The leaves of this tea come from tea trees located at an altitude of about 500 meters, because beyond, production is made impossible this season due to winter temperatures, too cold.
The slower leaf growth in winter gives this Dancong an incomparable gustatory richness and a wide aromatic palette. We are transported by very intense orchids flavors that amaze our taste buds and the length in the mouth persists for hours, with a pleasant sweet and persistent aftertaste. A marvel that supports a dozen infusions.
