Château Larmande 2012
L’assemblage de merlot (60%), cabernet franc (30%) et de cabernet sauvignon (5%) est vinifié par la talentueuse Véronique Corporandy. L’extraction n’est pas trop marquée, juste ce qu’il faut, pour obtenir une belle structure et des tanins affirmés. L’élevage se fait dans 60% de barriques neuves et 40% de barriques d’un vin ou plus.
Charnu, complexe et délicieusement fruité, il présente un potentiel de garde d’une quinzaine d’années.
