Château Quinault l’Enclos 2016

Situé en plein coeur de la ville de Libourne et issu d’un vignoble de 19 hectares implanté sur des sols assez graveleux, le château Quinault l’Enclos est un vin rouge produit sur l’appellation Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. L’élevage du vin est effectué en fûts de 500 litres avec une proportion de 50% de fûts neufs. L’assemblage du millésime 2016 est de 68% de Merlot, de 20% de Cabernet Sauvignon et de 12% de Cabernet Franc.

Le château Quinault l’Enclos 2016 se révèle assez ouvert, avec une belle expression aromatique à ce stade. Ce vin ne manque pas pour autant de complexité et s’affiche comme un Saint-Emilion Grand Cru à fort potentiel pour affronter quelques décennies.
