The old plum is made up of different varieties of prunes which are distilled separately, then assembled and aged in Limousin oak barrels. La Réserve du Centenaire is the blend of the classic version with the Imperial Reserve, which allows it to strike a balance between the subtlety of ruit and the elegance of old eaux-de-vie.
