Etna Rosato Terre Nere 2016
As its name suggests, this cuvée is made from pre-phylloxic vines and therefore more than a hundred years old.
On tasting, this is a wine with a complex nose, with aromas of red fruits, flowers and spices. The palate shows concentrated, well-balanced and elegant material, ending with a long finish. A wine that will be equally at ease with red meats and game as with certain cheeses.
Blend of 98% nerello mascalese, 2% nerello.
