The Dalmore 15 years – Whisky

For this 15 year old version from The Dalmore distillery, the first maturation lasts 12 years in American white oak bourbon barrels. Then the whiskey is divided equally into three types of sherry casks – amoroso, oloroso apostoles and matusalem – where it will stay for another 3 years. In the end, a perfectly structured, rich and greedy single malt where robustness competes with elegance.

Style: Rich and delicious. Nose: Peach, cooked apples. Palate: Brioche, sourdough bread. Final: Spices, ginger, chocolate.
