Bibi Graetz, of Norwegian origin, is one of the great winemakers and, at the same time, one of the great individualistic personalities of Tuscany. 2018 is a great vintage in Tuscany, with a nice balance. The weather conditions have been excellent, particularly at the end of the summer with beautiful sunny days and cool nights. Complexity and purity are really the markers of this vintage for Bibi Graetz. 2018 is today the largest Colore ever produced. The wine is a cup of fresh fruit, oscillating between plum and blackberry. The acidity and silky tannins accompany the wine over the length.
