Dauphin d’Olivier 2016
Château Olivier is located in the heart of a magnificent 220 hectare park, just 11km from Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
The dress is light yellow. The nose is floral with notes of almond and quince. On the palate, the attack is lively, the Semillon brings roundness to the mid-palate. Nice balance.
Grape varieties Sauvignon 50%, Sémillon 50%.
