Le Dauphin d’Olivier 2014
Château Olivier is located in the heart of a magnificent 220 hectare park, just 11km from Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon.
Pure and bright lemon color with some greenish reflection. Lovely aromas of citrus, lemon and the traditional gooseberry and grass with hint of beeswax and some oak on the nose. Bold, rich and juicy, lively and generous entry at the palate with nice ripened fruits and some vanilla and spicy notes.
