Chateau La Caussade Sainte Croix du Mont 2018 The 75 hectares of La Tour Carnet extend over hillsides facing South / South-West. The grape variety of the vineyard is made up of 51% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot.
The medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Les Pensées de la Tour Carnet has a nose of cassis, red cherries and bay leaves with hints of spice box and tar. The palate is medium-bodied and firm with chewy tannins and an earthy finish.
