A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from old vines farmed organically and planted around the estate in 1928 on a plot of 44 ares, in the commune of Premeaux Prissey. A very fruity nose, with notes of blackberry compote and a hint of sweet spices. The palate is dense and complex, with beautiful tannic structure (perfect for food pairings), very enticing length, and a fruity, mineralesque finish.
