Bibi Graetz, of Norwegian origin, is one of the great winemakers and, at the same time, one of the great individualistic personalities of Tuscany. Subtle notes of cherries, bark, black truffles, flowers and crushed stones. This wine is full bodied with a tight mineral structure. Very long and intense. Racy and bright on the finish. A powerful aroma of orange peel and citrus. Salty and mineral. Give it time to develop in the bottle. Perfectly structured. To be tasted from 2023.
