This tea from the cultivar “Da Bai Hao” presents a nice contrast of very large fluffy silver buds, accompanied by their first almost black leaf, a sign of high quality. After light withering, it was originally dried under the moonlight in the Jinggu Mountains, hence its poetic name. At first glance, it is the floral taste that predominates, while remaining soft and mellow on the palate. The liqueur develops notes of ripe peach in the second and third infusions. Its unique and suave flavor is reminiscent of the refinement of a very good champagne. Original and rare, this white tea is delicately sweet and refreshing.
