Originally from the mysterious province of Yunnan, this black tea comes from a spring picking in Yuanjiang Mountain, home to three ethnic minorities: Hani, Yi and Dai. Our grower Mr. Chen has been cultivating his tea plants ecologically and organically for many years. He never uses pesticides in his gardens. Composed of large curly leaves embellished with golden buds, Charme des Minorities gives off a fragrance that is both floral and pyrogenic. Cocoa aromas are present in the infusion. The orange and luminous liquor unfolds in the mouth with sweet flavors of grilled sweet potatoes, slightly woody, in perfect harmony with small caramelized notes throughout the tasting.
