Château du Roc is cultivated on 10 hectares of clay and limestone. The destemmed grapes are vinified in concrete and wooden vats of 20 and 30 hl.

An empyreumatic nose with sweet spices. Full mouth and velvety tannins. Blend of 75% merlot, 15% cabernet franc, 10% cabernet sauvignon.
