Romanin Blanc IGP Alpilles 2017

The vineyard has been cultivated biodynamically since 1988 and attention is paid to each grape variety.

The color is pale gold with a beautiful shine and beautiful green reflections. The nose turns first to citrus scents such as lemon and grapefruit and then to notes of white flowers, rhubarb, pineapple and lychee. The palate has a nice suave and slightly acidulous attack while greed with a touch of salinity at the end of the mouth.
