Romanin Rosé IGP Alpilles 2019
Initially a place of worship dedicated to the goddess Artemis in 350 BC and from which the production of wine was already exported under the name of “Wine of Theopolis”, the Château de Romanin then founds its fame in all over Europe in the 13th century for its love lessons and poetry, then for being the inspiration of Jean Moulin, from a neighboring village. The estate carries the banner of biodynamics high and offers us deep and complex wines.
This is a more accessible cuvée than the Château rosé, but with as much care in its development. It comes from the blend of Grenache, fruity and generous, as well as Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and freshness and Counoise for finesse and the floral side. A tender, juicy, mineral, honeyed wine with character to accompany a meal.
