This Seconde Peau, whose color and texture are inspired by the House’s historic chalk pits, underscores the roundness of the bottle’s curves. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnays from different vintages.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a beautiful pale yellow color with golden and green reflections. The finesse of the effervescence is persistent. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and reveals aromas of fresh fruits such as citrus and exotic fruits reminiscent of pineapple. After airing, floral aromas are expressed on notes of lime blossom, then white peach. On the palate, the attack is supple. The palate is round and harmonious. It enchants the palate with its voluptuous texture supported by a beautiful freshness. The finish is mineral.
