Veuve Clicquot Brut Carte Jaune champagne is made from a blend of 30 to 45% reserve wines from 50 to 60 different vintages including Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. The blend is made up of 50 to 55% Pinot Noir for structure, 28 to 33% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, and 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier.
