Stefan Paeffgen, agronomist from Cologne, and his wife Heike acquired in 2010 the properties of Patrick Chaumont: the Lassus and Reysse châteaux, in Bégadan, completed in 2011 by the purchase of the Boyer vineyards in the neighboring town of Saint-Christoly- in-Médoc.

A purple-ruby color, with a nose of red fruits and mushrooms. Quite tannic and round on the palate. Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
