Château la Bernede Grand Poujeaux 2011
François Cordonnier acquired the Dutruch Grand Poujeaux property in 1967 and turned it into a superb vineyard, in which from the start he reserved a few plots for Château La Bernède Grand Poujeaux.
Château La Bernède Grand Poujeaux is an elegant wine, both powerful and charming, with an aging potential of around 6 to 8 years.
The Cabernets-Sauvignons, present at 44.5%, give the wine its power, the Merlots (53.4%) gives it velvety and finesse, while the Petits Verdots (2.1%) provide this nervousness and longevity typical of Médocs.
