Château Larmande 2014
This classified Growth, one of the oldest properties in Saint-Émilion, where the jurats of the city sat in the 16th century, has belonged since 1991 to the AG2R La Mondiale group.
Adorned with an elegant burgundy color, the wine appears very fruity on the nose, balanced between the maturity of Merlot and the freshness of Cabernets, with a discreet woody background. We find these fruity aromas in a rich and full-bodied palate but without heaviness, supported by a pleasant freshness with accents of ginger and by tannins that are both powerful and fine.
Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon.
