Château Mille Roses – Margaux 2017
On the attack we immediately perceive notes of cherry, evolving into raspberry alcohol. Fat and volume.
Spicy and minty notes are also present.
The structure is nice but the lack of fat at the moment makes it a little hard. This wine needs a little bottle to be appreciated (return of aromas and fat) and above all to be oxygenated before tasting. The tannins are still very powerful and need to round off!
Nevertheless, a beautiful aromatic persistence reassures us about the future of this bottle.
Tasting September 2019.
70% Cabernet Sauvignon – 30% Merlot
