Cheval des Andes 2016
A magnificent shiny violet-bluish color. It opens with a freshness on the nose, with subtle notes of pink grapefruit and orange blossom, followed by red fruits, such as strawberry, blackcurrant and cherry. Complexity immediately appears revealing notes of black pepper and rosemary, an expression of the good maturity of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is full, silky and mature tannins that blend with elegant notes of tobacco and smoke. Smooth, juicy, it offers a long and persistent finish.
69% Malbec, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot.
