The estate covers 22 main hectares in the Hautes Côtes regional appellation and respects the principles of sustainable agriculture. This Pinot Noir from the old vines of the estate is a beautiful expression of its terroir. This natural wine with bright red reflections stands out for its rich aromas of red fruits (sour cherries) balanced by woody and toasted notes. The palate is a sweet, fresh and fleshy blend, with melted tannins and moderate acidity.
It is 100% pinot noir.
