Located north-west of Saint-Émilion, the Chauvin estate covers 15 hectares. Today it benefits from the know-how of the Cazes family, which combines tradition and modern equipment for the production of high-quality wines.

The 2015 Bordeaux vintage is considered by the great tasters as very good, especially in comparison with the two previous ones. There are reds that are silky, crunchy with lots of fruit and elegance.
Blend of Merlot 95% and Cabernet Franc 5%. Until 2023.
