It is with this parcel that the history of the white plot cuvées began at the Domaine, in 1997.

Les Romains seduces by the purity of its aromas of blackcurrant, ripe lemon, pineapple, hawthorn, chervil and of white pepper, and by the brightness of its fruit, ripe, juicy and extremely tasty. The richness in the mouth is perfectly supported by a saline and spicy mineral structure, which stretches the wine and gives it this long and vibrant finish.
