Koikawa Shuzo Junmai Koinokawa Sake
Koinokawa has an alcohol content of 15.3%, a polishing rate of 65%. and can be drunk hot or cold. It goes well with white fish, but can also be drunk with any other meal. The aroma of Koinokawa is reminiscent of cooked rice and when heated it develops a good Umani taste (the taste of amino acids that arise during the fermentation process).
