Composed of large leaves and beautiful fluffy buds, this exceptional Dian Hong type black tea comes from Mr. Zhang’s ecological plantations that do not use pesticides or chemicals. Old tea plants, 80 to 120 years old, grow in a semi-wild state between 1,800 and 2,000 meters above sea level. On the nose, the dry leaves exhale a sweet fragrance of gourmet cocoa. Its amber liquor gives off floral and fruity notes with a hint of toasted cereal. No astringency, and a good presence in the mouth with a very pleasant hint of oak. It has a slightly honeyed aftertaste, ideal to accompany your chocolate dessert.
