Château L’Eden 2016
Amélie and Fabien Faget vineyard today covers 12 ha. It is located in the town of St Christoly-de-Médoc, on the edge of the Gironde estuary which offers it a privileged climate. The wine, in the Médoc appellation, is aged in a traditional way, favoring manual punching down which allows a gentle extraction of tannins. It is mainly composed of Merlot which brings fruit and suppleness. The structure of the wine is, for its part, provided by the Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Blend: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
