An excellent LongJing from Xinchang, grown in an environmentally friendly garden of Dunxi Village. This is a recent cultivar “LongJing 43” (appeared in the 90s), which has the particularity to mature before the others and therefore to be harvested before the Qingming festival.
This tea is remarkable for its beautiful appearance, a delicious green-yellow soft. As with all spring teas, the color of the infusion is quite clear and bright. On the nose, it develops a vegetal aroma with hints of walnut and chestnut. The liqueur reveals seaweed notes and a slightly toasted aftertaste. A great sweetness in the mouth is emerging.
