An excellent LongJing from Xinchang, grown in an environmentally friendly garden in Dunxi Village. This is a recent cultivar “LongJing 43” (which appeared in the 90s), which has the particularity of reaching maturity before the others and therefore being harvested before the Qingming Festival. This tea is remarkable for its beautiful appearance, a delicious tender green-yellow. As with all spring teas, the color of the infusion is quite light and bright. On the nose, it develops a vegetal aroma with notes of nuts and chestnuts. The liquor reveals notes of seaweed and a slightly toasted aftertaste. A great sweetness in the mouth emerges.
