Pushing into Simao District, this Yunnan Mao Feng is produced in Yunpan Mountains, near Caiyanghe National Forest Park. The ecological gardens are located at 1380 meters above sea level, and are surrounded by clouds. In these gardens, no pesticides are used. Thanks to the unique geographical and environmental conditions it enjoys, the Yunpan tea harvested in March has become one of the first batches of spring tea.
Composed of numerous downy buds, the long, dark green leaves are slightly twisted. On the palate, the liqueur releases both fresh herbs and a powerful bouquet of flowery aromas. Mineral and sweet notes then appear, bringing to your palate the roundness and suppleness inherited from its magnificent high altitude garden. The end of tasting reveals a slight spicy taste, which offers a very appreciable length in the mouth.
