Growing in Simao District, this Yunnan Mao Feng is produced in the Yunpan Mountains, near Caiyanghe National Forest Park. The ecological gardens are located at an altitude of 1380 meters, and are surrounded by clouds. In these gardens, no pesticides are used. Thanks to the unique geographical and environmental conditions it enjoys, Yunpan tea, harvested in March, has become one of the first batches of spring tea. Composed of many downy buds, the long dark green leaves are slightly twisted. On the palate, the liquor gives off both flavors of fresh herbs and a powerful bouquet of flowery aromas. Mineral and sweet notes then appear, giving your palate the roundness and suppleness inherited from its magnificent high altitude garden. The end of the tasting lets perceive a slight spicy taste, which offers a very appreciable length in the mouth.
