Saké Dassai 45

Brewed from grains of rice polished up to 45% of their original weight, it is a sake of great finesse. Marked by notes of flower and green apple, Dassai 45 is the introduction to one of the great sake houses in Japan.
It is very pleasant with raw or cooked fish, shellfish, soft cheeses or fruit.
