Forêt d’Automne is a classic white tea called “White Peony”. It was made in the traditional way: the leaves are delicately spread on large bamboo trays and dried in the sun. Among the different families of teas, white tea is one of the most natural, because the leaves do not undergo any transformation by human action or by fermentation. Composed of buds and young shoots, the liquor is nicely tinged with golden yellow. On the palate, it is intensely delicately and smooth. We can detect evaporated scents of white flowers. This refreshing and tender tea is easy to drink, it is renowned for its antioxidant properties and excellent for the skin and complexion.
