The young shoots are nicely twisted and tightened with multiple shades of green, which gives the infusion complex aromas that combine marine and vegetal notes. The liquor is round and gives off a nutty flavor, associated with a slight astringency which gives a pleasant length in the mouth, quite robust and structured for a green tea.
