Tai Ping Hou Kui comes from HouKeng near Lake Tai Ping, in the heart of the Yellow Mountains. The tea plant is a local variety with large leaves “Shi Da Ye”, used only for the production of Tai Ping Hou Kui. The tea leaf is splendid thanks to its very careful handling. They are gently pulled and flattened by hand one by one so that none of them touch each other.On the flat sheet, we can see the traces of the screens of the formation sieve. When brewed, the tender leaves cluster vertically and put on a show in your glass. The liquor gives off sustained aromas of artichokes, complemented by floral nuances of orchids.
