Dom Pérignon: Limited Vintage Edition Lady Gaga 2010
The 2010 vintage of Dom Pérignon revisited by Lady Gaga
The property
Champagne Dom Pérignon owes its name to the famous monk and attorney of the Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668, Pierre Pérignon, known as Dom Pérignon. According to legend Pierre Pérignon discovered what is known today as the Champagne method. Dom Pérignon is a luminous champagne house which is inspired and imbued directly with the philosophy of its founder, which is located in the search for the ultimate perfection of champagne wine.
The vineyard
Dom Pérignon cultivates vines made up of the three main grape varieties of Champagne, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Its champagnes are renowned for being born on absolutely exceptional terroirs.

Lady Gaga, known for her perfect mastery of the art of reinvention, and Dom Pérignon, called upon for her ability to explore the boundaries of creation, sign a cuvée with an innovative design. Witness of the creative dialogue between Dom Pérignon and Lady Gaga, this cuvée expresses the quintessence of their daring and their mutual inspiration.
The vintage
The year 2010 turns out to be a vintage synonymous with challenges. The harvest is marked from the start by the appearance of botrytis in the Pinot Noirs and one of the harvest must be sacrificed to save the best plots. Nevertheless, thanks to the rest of the year’s trajectory and to the decisions made by the house, the precious champagnes of this vintage bear witness to a balance that combines vigor and grace.
Vinification and aging
Dom Pérignon Vintage is produced from the harvest of one and the same year, thus signing an absolute commitment to the vintage. The aesthetic and sensory ideal offered by Dom Pérignon champagne is achieved after 8 long years. In the dark of the cellar, the bottles of each vintage preserve the wine which undergoes a slow transformation in contact with the yeasts to obtain the harmony which makes the Dom Pérignon signature.
